M2 Developments is known throughout the industry for its integrity, quality of work and approachability.
M2 Developments Limited was established by Matt Anink in
2013 following the operation of a previous successful business, time
contracting to a hill site architectural building and several years working on
high end loft conversion in London following his apprenticeship here in
Christchurch. M2 have established them selves as a reliable, trusted and
quality driven local builder who carry out a wide range of work. From new
builds, multi dwellings, hill sites, over 60’s units, renovations, repairs,
bathroom/kitchen remodelling through to light commercial work, fire and
floor repairs for insurance and office fit outs.
We understand that good relationships are fundamental for repeat business, referrals and supplier networks. Our strong network of subcontractors means cost savings are passed on to you, as well as ensuring our workmanship is of the highest quality and compliant with all industry standards and regulations.
We are a team of 13 permanent staff who have established a reputation that we strive to uphold. When on site, all our staff are taught to be conscientious and respectful, and to treat the property as if it were their own.

They were in constant communication with us regarding the progress of the build and we enjoyed going to site to see the progress and talking to the builders and sub-contractors. They were all amazing, very professional and the site was always tidy.
Their attention to detail and quality of work was exceptional. There was no issue with minor changes we made during the build and they made some suggestions which made all the difference with the total result.
With numerous housing companies around we didn’t want to have to make all the decisions up front, we wanted to be able to go to site and see the progress, and be involved.
